At Insta Style, we want you to love what you order!
We take great care to print and deliver your custom T-shirts and apparel with the highest quality standards. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
Since we specialize in custom-printed products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item you received:
Is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, or
Is not as described on our website.
You may request a replacement or refund only in the above cases.
Note: Color shades may slightly vary due to different screen resolutions — such minor variations are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Custom-made or personalized T-shirts (printed as per your design)
Wrong size ordered by customer
Items damaged after delivery
Clearance sale or discounted products
Please make sure you verify size, color, and design carefully before confirming your order.
3. Reporting an Issue
If your product is defective, damaged, or misprinted:
Send us an email at support@instastyle.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Mention your Order ID and include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our support team will verify the details and provide the next steps for replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
If your return is approved:
We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if available in your area).
Alternatively, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Once received, our team will inspect it and process your replacement or refund.
5. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or wallet).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer after verification.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
6. Replacement Policy
If you request a replacement:
We will reprint and dispatch a new item free of charge once your issue is verified.
Replacements are subject to product availability and design reprint feasibility.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank account or UPI wallet.
Contact your bank; it may take a few days for the refund to reflect.
If you still haven’t received it, email us at support@instastyle.co.in.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided printing has not yet begun.
Once printing or processing starts, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For prepaid orders cancelled in time, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
9. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct size exchanges for customized items.
If you ordered the wrong size, you may place a new order with the correct size.
