This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your custom and ready-made T-shirt orders across India.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

For customized products, additional time (up to 2 business days) may be required for design verification and printing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone in such cases.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India including metro and non-metro cities.
At present, international shipping is not available through our website.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, lockdowns).
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Standard Shipping Fee: ₹69–₹99 for orders below ₹999 (depending on location).

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number.
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
You can also track your order through our “Track Order” page or directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Courier Partners
We work with leading and reliable courier services such as:
DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and India Post.
Insta Style is not responsible for courier delays or issues once the package has been handed over to the courier company.
7. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Delivery failures caused by customer unavailability or incorrect phone number
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges will apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or find missing items:

Take clear photos of the parcel and the damaged/missing item.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@instastyle.co.in or +91 93019 75433.
We’ll investigate the issue and offer a replacement or store credit (as applicable).
9. Split Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and printing schedules.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
