• The information you provide during account creation or order placement is true and accurate.

3. Product Customization and Design

a. Design Uploads

When you upload images, logos, or text to create your T-shirt:

• You confirm that you own or have legal rights to use that content.

• You agree that your design does not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

• Insta Style is not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations by users.

b. Printing Accuracy

We print designs exactly as submitted. Please review your design carefully before placing an order.
Colors may slightly vary depending on your screen and printing material — this is not considered a defect.

4. Order Process

a. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

• You agree to pay the displayed price including taxes and shipping.

• You will receive a confirmation email after successful payment.

• Orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.

b. Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify or cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways (like Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).

Insta Style does not store or access your payment card details.
Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or modified after printing begins.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products across India through reliable courier partners.
Delivery time depends on your location and order size — typically 7 to 10 business days.

Delays may occur due to:

• High order volume

• Courier issues

• Unforeseen events (strikes, natural calamities, etc.)

We are not responsible for delivery delays once the order has been dispatched.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are customized and printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

• Slight color variation from the screen display

• Change of mind after order placement

However, replacements are provided only if:

• The item received is damaged or defective

• The design or product differs from your approved order

For issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at support@instastyle.co.in.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, designs, and images are the property of Insta Style and protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this website’s content or tools for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:
